Members will be receiving their annual BDA magazine within the next few days. The Secretary apologies that it has taken somewhat longer than normal to get the magazine out, due to unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances.
You will notice that we have also published a simple White Book of owners contact details, listed by fleet. The last time the BDA published a White Book was in 2006, when it was a substantial little wonder. Since then we have become more Internet and e-mail oriented. However a number of members have indicated they would like to see a return of the White Book, or at least the contact details of all members. Please bear in mind that it is inevitable that such a listing is out of date the moment it goes to print. There are two reasons for this. Firstly, new members join and some retire. Secondly, the contact details we hold are only as good and current as you tell us they are, so please, if you have moved, changed telephone numbers or e-mail addresses, do let us know.
Additionally, you will notice a flyer from Lonton & Gray Sailmakers, which includes a discount to Dragon owners on sails and covers. This discount has been extended now to the end of April.
