Edinburgh Cup Plans Full Steam Ahead
The BDA Committee and the team at Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy are hard at work behind the scenes preparing for the 2013 South Coast Championship and Edinburgh Cup. Currently final adjustments are being made to the Notice of Race, the social schedule is being finalised and final logistical arrangements are being made.
In recent years the Edinburgh Cup has seen a resurgence in entry numbers and with the 2013 Dragon World Championship also being held in Weymouth from 5-13 September we're expecting a good entry once again this year as crews take the opportunity to train on the World Championship course.
If you plan to attend these regattas but haven't yet booked your accommodation now is the time to do so. Accommodation of all types and at all levels is plentiful in the Weymouth and Portland area but as always it pays to book early to avoid disappointment, so please visit the
