Teams Prepare In Lowestoft For East Coast Championship

23 May 2008 - This weekend British and Irish Dragon sailors are converging on Lowestoft for this weekend's East Coast Championship, hosted by the Royal Norfolk and Suffolk Yacht Club. With more than 20 teams expected to compete and a forecast for some strong winds this is all set to be a very tough competition.

The entry list reads like a veritable whose who with Rob Campbell, Patrick Gifford, Chris Dicker, Len Jones, Stewart Coltart, Owen & Josy Pay, Mark & Amanda Wade, Peter & Helen Stokes, Ian Gray, Mike Holmes, Norman Blowers, Thomas & Nicola Wilton, Martin Makey, Peter Pank, Fergal O'Driscoll and last but no means least the inimitable Miss Gavia Wilkinson-Cox already signed up and plenty more still to come.
