East Coast Championship 2019

The The East coast championship 2019 makes a return to Rochester and the river Medway for the final regional Dragon event of the year.

Medway Yacht Club (MYC) invites International Dragons to take part in a two day open regatta for the BDA east coast championship to be held on 14th and 15th September 2019.

Two days of competitive racing with a maximum of six races will be combined with fun socials and entertainment plus excellent shore-side facilities. Enter now!

Schedule

* Visitors are welcome to bring their Dragons to MYC the week before or earlier to rig and be ready for launching. There is a large secure car park facility within the Club premises.
* The MYC Dry Sailing Team will be pleased to launch your boat in your absence at no extra charge, so that you do not have to be at MYC before registration.

Registration – Race Office (MYC Library) from 11:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 18:00
East coast championship 2019Saturday 14th September
Registration – Race Office (MYC Library) from 07:30 to 08:30
Briefing – 08:00 MYC
The warning signal for the first race will not be before 09:55
Championship dinner
Sunday 15th September
Warning signal for the first race will not be before 09:55
No warning signal will be made after 13:00
Visitors boats to be lifted out immediately after racing
