To join the British Dragon Association you have two options: as an individual or as a boat owner.
Membership Fee
A subscription of £35 per member to be paid by direct debit on 31st March each year or on joining during the year. If the fee is paid any other way (i.e. by cheque, bank transfer or in cash) a £15 additional administration fee will be levied, thus totalling £50.
Boat Fee
All GRP and Cold-molded boats.
A subscription of £95 per boat to be paid by direct debit. If the fee is paid by any other way (i.e. by cheque, bank transfer or in cash) a £15 additional administration fee will be levied, thus totalling £110.
Classic Boats (traditionally built, wooden boats)
- Any Classic boat still competing in BDA or international regattas will need to pay £95 per boat.
- Any Classic boat in commission and competing only in Club racing and/or Classic regattas, including the BDA’s Classic Championship will need to pay £50 per boat.
- Any Classic boat that is laid up and/or not racing wil need only pay £20 per boat.
