Dragon sailing and racing is historic at the Yacht Club of La Baule. The La Baule Dragon fleet is one of the largest and most active in France. It organizes training regattas throughout the year and represents the Yacht Club of La Baule in major national and international events.

Created in 2000, this high-level annual event welcomes internationally renowned sailors. This regatta also allows amateur crews to compete against high-level champions.
